participants at a workshop, Bangladesh

The Healthlink Worldwide and two partners, ISHED and AfriAfya worked to complete the four month consultancy for InfoDev.

Together we investigated the knowledge gaps about ICT and health in order to provide guidance and recommendations to policy makers and donors.

Institute for Sustainable Health and Development strives to capture the potential that information communication technologies (ICTs) can bring to health projects in developing country contexts.

African Network for Health Knowledge Management and Communication (AfriAfya) was established to explore practical means of ‘harnessing ICT for community health’, and turning all the good ideas often expressed in this field into practical, useful
reality on the ground.

The Information for Development Program (infoDev) works to promote better understanding, and effective use, of information and communication technologies (ICT) as tools of poverty reduction and broad-based, sustainable development.
